GOEC manages thousands of customer interactions every month across onboarding, support, retention and feedback loops. Their team relied heavily on manual workflows — extracting data from CRMs, coordinating with multiple departments and preparing reports for management reviews.

We built an MCP-enabled engagement intelligence platform so GOEC’s teams could understand user behavior, automate outreach and optimize service delivery.
